- Woodward, Oklahoma
B.S., Biomedical Ethics in Law, The University of Oklahoma
What inspired you to pursue a law degree?
When I entered into college, I was a pre-med and pre-law biology student. After shadowing multiple fields of medicine, I learned that my strength in science without a passion for medicine was not enough to continue on the pre-med track. I then took a Biomedical Ethics course at OU and learned how the law and science can intertwine and decided that a career in the legal field best suited my intellectual assets and desires.
Why did you choose OU Law?
I chose to attend OU Law because of the inclusive learning community that OU creates for its students. Besides being known as a prestigious institution, OU provides its students with the best opportunities for professional development at an affordable price.
What is something most people don't know about you?
I was able to visit the Capuchin Monk Crypt beneath the Church of Bones while studying abroad in Italy.
