About

What inspired you to pursue a law degree?

From an early age I had a strong interest in law, which began as I watched shows such as The Practice and Law and Order. Growing up in the Chicago area I realized how important the law is in governing society and impacting each person’s life. Being able to make a positive change in society is something that has always resonated with me. I believe learning the law and becoming a lawyer is one of the best ways for me to accomplish this.

Why did you choose OU Law?

I chose OU Law because of the family  environment, kindness,  hospitality, and support I received from OU representatives and staff. Everyone I interacted with made me feel welcome, and I am excited about the opportunity to attend OU Law.

What is something most people don't know about you?

Something most people don’t know about me is how I got my first name. My mom got my name from the Jordan River in the bible and added the “u” to be different or unique.
