Facebook representatives are gathering in Norman, Oklahoma, to discuss one of the social networking giant’s most pressing issues: the creation of an independent review board to provide oversight on a variety of the company’s content decisions.
OU Law was crowned the national champion of this year’s Federal Bar Association Thurgood Marshall Memorial Moot Court Competition. This marks the fourth national competition championship for OU Law in the last two years, demonstrating the college’s place among the top law schools in the nation for moot court.
On June 3 and 4, OU Law hosted tribal business leaders, government officials and legal scholars from around the world for an examination of topics relevant to indigenous trade, tribal governments and international business.
I did not have a cookie cutter journey to my decision to apply to the OU Law Center’s Legal Assistant Education Program or my career as a paralegal. As an undergrad, I planned to take the LSAT and enter law school immediately after graduation.
