OU College of Law to Offer Online LL.M. Degrees

The University of Oklahoma College of Law is excited to announce an expansion in its legal education offerings. Building off the success of the college’s on-campus Master of Laws degrees specializing in Energy and Natural Resources and Indigenous Peoples Law, OU Law in August will launch fully online versions of the same specialized programs.

True Crime Author and Attorney to Speak at OU Law

Author and attorney Margo Nash, whose book maintains that the murder conviction of a 15-year-old resulted in a miscarriage of justice, will speak at a public lecture set for noon on Wednesday, Feb. 28, in the Kerr Student Lounge at the University of Oklahoma College of Law.

OU Law to Host 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals

The University of Oklahoma College of Law will host a special session of the 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, during which the judges will hear oral arguments for five cases, four of which originated in Oklahoma.

The University of Oklahoma College of Law won first place in the 2018 Andrews Kurth Kenyon Moot Court National Championship, a tournament reserved for the nation’s top 16 moot court programs.

The University of Oklahoma College of Law has been named an Apple Distinguished School for 2017-2019 in recognition of its groundbreaking Digital Initiative, which prepares OU Law students to become technologically savvy lawyers who understand the tools needed to research, organize, communicate and present in the 21 st century.
