Give to OU Law

Now more than ever, the generosity of OU Law alumni and friends plays an important role in the education of our students.
For many of you, the University of Oklahoma College of Law is where your story began. Your OU Law experience inspired you, guided you, and shaped you into who you are today. An OU Law education is life-changing, not just for its students, but for all who benefit from a civil and just society.
As one of our nation’s great public law schools, we must ensure that our mission is carried forward for the next generation of lawyers and leaders.
At OU Law, this is where anything is possible. And those possibilities begin with you.
Now more than ever, the generosity of OU Law alumni and friends plays an important role in the education of our students.
OU Law's annual Giving Societies create opportunities for giving at all levels for our alumni and friends.
The general funds are critical components in the College's mission to provide the highest level of legal education to our students while ensuring that the College's most pressing needs are met.

"The scholarship opportunities afforded to me have allowed me to pursue my passions, take on various unpaid internships, and much more. It has alleviated some of the burdens of tuition by allowing me to work less and focus more on my studies and extracurricular involvement. The donations provided by every donor have the same impact on all of the students around the school. I hope that this tradition of paying it forward continues for many years and I cannot wait to participate myself someday."
“The dream of pursuing a legal education was made a reality through scholarship donations. Because of these scholarships, affording tuition here at OU Law was made possible. As a current student, I can focus on learning and maximizing my law school experience instead of worrying about affording law school. The willful support of the donors and alumni highlights why coming to OU Law was a great decision and hope to continue in the alumni and donors’ footsteps.”
OU Law is consistently ranked one of the top schools in the country for competitions and moot court. Our competition programs greatly benefit from donor support.
In the 2021 - 2022 academic year, OU Law students completed more than 11,000 hours of pro bono and public service. Donor support makes it possible for many of our students to pursue pro bono and public interest fellowships.
