
Professor Owen Anderson spent half a day with employees of Comision Nacional de Hidrocarburos (CNH), the Mexican oil and gas regulatory agency. He taught a class on the new petroleum investment reforms in Mexico. Lawyers, geologists, engineers and economists from CNH, along with several people from SENER, attended the class which was held at the company’s office in Mexico City. Anderson was one of three attorneys teaching the class. He was joined by Jay Park, a Calgary lawyer, and Nicolas Borda, a Mexican lawyer.
