Volunteer Income Tax Assistance

The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program is a pro bono opportunity available to all OU Law students. Starting in early January, students in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program prepare income tax returns for low-income individuals, senior citizens, and the disabled. VITA prepares tax returns at the Norman Public Library on Wednesday and Thursday nights from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, from the end of January through April 15th.
