ONE-J's annual day of lectures and CLE will begin at 9 AM with breakfast and check-in opening at 8:30. The 2026 ONE-J symposium is titled From Liabilities to Assets: Bridging Regulatory Gaps and Business Innovations in the Decommissioning Era and will serve as a multidisciplinary symposium on abandoned wells, energy transition, and land stewardship.
This year's symposium will convene regulators, tribal leadership, academics, industry executives, and national policy experts to examine emerging and persistent challenges in energy law and resource governance. Panels will address contemporary issues in oil and gas development, natural resource management, environmental accountability, and the legal frameworks shaping the future of the energy industry in Oklahoma and beyond.
