Digital Initiative

The Digital Initiative at the University of Oklahoma College of Law, founded in 2014 as an initiative out of the Donald E. Pray law library, has been at the forefront of integrating technology into legal education to prepare students for the modern practice of law. This pioneering program was established with a vision to make OU Law students proficient in using technology tools that are essential in today's legal landscape. The initiative is structured around a common platform, immersive digital training, and state-of-the-art facilities like the Inasmuch Foundation Collaborative Learning Center and the Chickasaw Nation Active Learning Classroom. Each incoming student is provided with an iPad loaded with essential legal and productivity software, at no cost, to support their legal studies and foster a tech-savvy mindset.
