U.S. Air Force Court of Criminal Appeals Project Outreach - U.S. v. Menard

The U.S. Air Force Court of Criminal Appeals is a Federal Appellate Judicial Body which hears cases on appeal from Courts Martial convictions. As part of its outreach program, it authorizes law students, under the supervision of a licensed attorney, to submit Amicus Briefs and present oral arguments before the court alongside the counsel of record.

Two OU Law students will present arguments, on the record, on behalf of the United States, and two OCU Law students will present arguments on behalf of the Appellant. Networking Reception to follow, with invitees from local area JAG teams, OKC-area federal judiciary and practitioners, students and faculty from OU and OCU Law, as well as legislators from the OK House of Representatives. Cocktail reception to follow. This event is hosted by the Military Law Society and OU College of Law.
