About

Cara Rodriguez serves as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Civil Division of the United States Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Oklahoma. She is admitted to practice in the State of Oklahoma, the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Oklahoma; the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit; the United States Supreme Court; and the courts of several Sovereign Nations.

Cara is a proud graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Law where she received a number of awards and honors and served as a Note Editor on the Oklahoma Law Review. Following graduation, Cara served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable David Briones in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas-El Paso Division, first as a term clerk and then as a career clerk. Upon returning to Oklahoma, Cara served as an Assistant Solicitor General, General counsel, First Assistant, and Acting Attorney General for the Oklahoma Attorney General’s Office. Cara also worked in a niche government practice with the law firm of Glenn Coffee & Associates prior to joining the United States Attorney’s Office
