Chris Tytanic currently is the General Counsel of M3. Prior to that, Tytanic spent almost 25 years as in-house counsel for Kerr-McGee Corporation and Devon Energy Corporation both headquartered in Oklahoma City providing legal services to several of the business units supporting international and domestic energy activities, corporate compliance and shared services. Prior to his corporate practice, Tytanic worked a short period in private practice. Tytanic is experienced in transactional, litigation and regulatory issues related to the above businesses.
As an AV rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell, Tytanic is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association (past Chairman of the Indian Law Section and Past Chairman of the Energy and Natural Resources Section), Oklahoma City Mineral Lawyers Society (Past President), Association of International Petroleum Negotiators (Past Executive Committee Member), Robert J.
