Jennifer Needham is the Dean for Student Engagement and Operations at the OU College of Law. Prior to accepting her current role, Dean Needham held several positions with OU ‘s General Counsel Office, including Coordinating Counsel for Regulatory Matters across all campuses, Senior Counsel at the Health Sciences Center, and Director of University Collections. She has served on both public and private boards, including as an inaugural member of Oklahoma’s Opioid Abatement Board and currently as Vice Chair of the Tobacco Settlement Endowment Trust Board of Directors. Dean Needham has been heavily involved in the community, volunteering with several nonprofit organizations such as the City Rescue Mission in OKC and Big Brothers, Big Sisters. She received a Bachelor of Arts in English from East Central University and a Juris Doctor from the OU College of Law.
