Dean Spencer joined the University of Oklahoma College of Law as Associate Director of Career Development in October 2021, was promoted to Director of Career Development in January 2023, and then named the Dean of Career Development in August 2026. Dean Spencer earned her J.D. from OU Law in 2014 and spent several years as a practicing attorney in Oklahoma City, focusing on issues in oil and gas, estate planning and probate. Dean Spencer enjoys watching OU football, playing tennis, and spending time with her husband, son, and rescue dog.
