Kayla Doiron serves as the Graduate Programs Director at the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where she oversees operations, student support, faculty coordination, admissions processes, assessment, and strategic planning for the College’s online graduate legal programs. She joined OU Law in 2019 as the Associate Director of Career Development before transitioning into graduate legal education administration. She is also an adjunct professor at the College of Law, teaching NCAA Compliance and Sports Law.
Before joining the College of Law, Kayla served as the Director of Compliance in the University of Oklahoma Athletics Compliance Office, where she worked primarily with NCAA bylaws, athletic scholarships, and athlete agent matters. She also has extensive teaching experience, including serving as an adjunct professor for graduate programs at Southern Nazarene University, teaching Sport Governance and Ethics in the Law.
Kayla holds both a J.D. and an M.B.A. and brings a background in legal education, compliance, athletics administration, and program operations to her work supporting students, faculty, and online graduate legal education.
