About
Professor Roger Michalski teaches courses on choice of law, civil procedure, complex litigation, and international litigation and arbitration. He joined the OU Law faculty in 2015 after serving for three years as a Visiting Assistant Professor at Brooklyn Law School. He has previously taught undergraduate legal studies and political theory at the University of California, Berkeley and University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, respectively.
Professor Michalski is the author of a variety of empirical and doctrinal articles on federal and state procedure. His recent scholarship has focused on state pleading regimes, procedural values, and inter-district transfers. Professor Michalski was admitted to the California Bar in 2011. He is a native German speaker.
