Professor Cooch is a Trial Attorney in the Department of Justice, Criminal Division, Fraud Section.  As a federal prosecutor, Professor Cooch investigates and prosecutes violations of federal criminal law.

Professor Cooch previously worked as an associate at King & Spalding LLP in the firm’s Special Matters and Government Investigations practice group.  Professor’s Cooch’s practice focused on civil and criminal investigations and litigation in state and federal courts throughout the country.  As an associate at King & Spalding, Professor Cooch gained substantial experience defending individuals and corporations in healthcare investigations in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries.
