Calling all future litigators, deal makers, and in-house counsel.
Our course offerings enable you to develop expertise that will be tailored to your chosen career, whether you want to work for a law firm, a corporation, an investment bank, or a regulator. Moreover, we offer a certificate to evidence your specialized training and a joint degree in law and business.

Become a Leader in Business Law

Our courses in business law provide you with the foundational knowledge to advise corporations or sue them, to design governance structures or challenge them, and to craft transactions favoring the corporation or the investor.  Tax law has a first-order influence on all economic activity and our courses enable you to understand how those subsidies and penalties channel behavior.  Our courses in securities law, commercial law, and bankruptcy law enable you to understand how scarce resources are allocated, how they are controlled, and how they are distributed.
