Maddie Farris

Director of Admissions

Maddie Farris became the Director of Admissions in 2022 after serving as the Associate Director since 2019. A Norman native, Maddie earned her bachelor’s in sociology-criminology from OU in 2015 and her J.D. from OU Law in 2019. Recognized with the Joseph F. Rarick “Just Desserts” Award by her peers, she's a current member of the Oklahoma Bar Association.

Alyssa Buettner

Associate Director of Admissions

Alyssa Erwin Buettner became the Associate Director of Admissions at OU College of Law in October 2022. Before joining OU Law, she worked as an associate attorney in civil litigation at a private Oklahoma law firm. Alyssa graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2017 with a degree in Sociology-Criminology and earned her Juris Doctorate from OU College of Law in 2020. She was actively involved in clubs and organizations during law school, including OUtlaws and the Hispanic Law Student Association (HSLA).

Addison Witzel

Associate Director of Admissions

As Associate Director of Admissions, Addison Witzel brings over eight years of experience in higher education, focusing on student success and inclusive communities. With a Bachelor's in Marketing from Oklahoma City University and a Master's in Higher Education Administration from Boston College, Addison has worked at MIT, Boston College, and most recently served as Assistant Director of Student Conduct at OU. A native Oklahoman, she is actively engaged in the Norman and OKC communities.
